Born and raised in Hawke’s Bay. Carl has always had a passion for art, design and technology. As a child Carl was fascinated with microsoft paint which he attributes to a love for digital design at a young age.
While studying design Carl was introduced to creative coding and became obsessed. On the side of his University papers Carl created a number of cool gadgets with arduino and raspberry pi which he shared on Instructables earning him a handful of awards.Carl graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Design Innovation in 2018 and then worked in E-commerce for 3.5 years.
Currently on a mission to fulfil his potential as a creative professional, particularly in the fields of web development and design. The ultimate goal is to become a nomadic freelancer, travelling the world while doing what he loves.
Master webflow and design / develop multiple award winning sites. Carl wants to contribute to the success of Psychoactive Studios and help the talented team push the envelope of innovation.
